Beijer Tech has today, October 16th, 2025, signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares in Clara Nordic Oy, owner of Ewona Finland Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of acoustic products known for its brands Ewona and Insuplast.
Ewona is a Finnish manufacturer of acoustic products and insulation material known for its brands Ewona and Insuplast. The company has successfully established itself as a reliable partner with high-quality products, good service and a strong focus on recycled materials. All of Ewona’s products are approved and certified by the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Association. The company has 17 employees and two factories, one in Haukipudas and one in Kankaanpää.
