Beijer Tech has today, October 16th, 2025, signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares in Clara Nordic Oy, owner of Ewona Finland Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of acoustic products known for its brands Ewona and Insuplast.

Ewona is a Finnish manufacturer of acoustic products and insulation material known for its brands Ewona and Insuplast. The company has successfully established itself as a reliable partner with high-quality products, good service and a strong focus on recycled materials. All of Ewona’s products are approved and certified by the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Association. The company has 17 employees and two factories, one in Haukipudas and one in Kankaanpää. Beijer Alma’s subsidiary Beijer Tech acquires Roykon in Denmark

Beijer Tech as today, May 14, 2025, acquired 100 percent of the shares in Roykon A/S, a Danish supplier of flow components to various industries.

Roykon purchases and stocks a broad range of flanges, couplings, hoses, valves, seals, and other flow components, which are sold to customers across various industries in the Nordic region. The company offers over 40,000 standard products, of which about 17,000 are kept in stock. Roykon is known as a comprehensive supplier with fast delivery times, enabled by automated warehouse management. The company is based in Fredericia, Denmark, with 14 employees and generates approximately DKK 45 million in revenue with good profitability. UPH is a distributor and maintenance company offering compressed air equipment and related services to customers in the industrial sector in Finland. The company has solid experience within its field and is known for its high-quality and customer-oriented approach. UPH is headquartered in Vantaa, Southern Finland and has six employees. UPH has annual revenue of approximately EUR 3.3 million, with good profitability.

The company also repairs and refurbishes crushers at its facility in Ludvika, Sweden. Brissmans is an end-to-end supplier of personal protective equipment and firefighting equipment to municipalities, authorities and companies in Sweden. The company has a rich history with a strong brand and a high level of expertise in its field. Brissmans is headquartered in Halmstad and has four employees. Brissmans has annual revenue of approximately SEK 30 million, with favorable profitability.

Beijer Tech today, September 5th, 2024, acquired 100 percent of the shares in Clemco Norge AS, a Norwegian supplier and retailer of equipment for corrosion protection and surface treatment to customers in the energy sector and general industry, primarily in Norway.

Clemco is a complete supplier in pre-treatment and after-treatment of equipment for corrosion protection. The product range largely consists of blasting and spray-painting equipment as well as related products, service and maintenance. The company, which has a strong brand, a high service level and extensive industry experience, has its head office in Oslo with 11 employees. Clemco’s annual revenue amounts to approximately NOK 70 million with favorable profitability.

Beijer Tech has today, February 29th 2024, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in AVS Power Oy, a leading Finnish technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors.

AVS is a technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors with a well-established global network of high-quality suppliers. Through its technical and manufacturing capabilities, the company can tailor its products based on customers’ needs and preferences. The company is headquartered in Espoo with presence at five additional locations through manufacturing and sales units. AVS generates approximately EUR 13 million in annual revenue with favourable profitability. The company has about 30 employees.

As a part of the transaction, operational assets have been transferred to AVS Power Oy from the previous parent company AVS-Yhtiöt Oy. Beijer Tech has today, June 8th 2023, acquired the majority of shares in Finn Lamex Safety Glass Oy, a leading manufacturer of complex laminated windscreens for commercial vehicles, motorhomes and industrial machines.

Finn Lamex engineers and manufactures laminated windscreens for primarily the aftermarket for buses. The company is highly regarded for its strong expertise, ability to tailor complex screens to meet customer requirements and commitment to deliver high quality products. Through its strong offering, the company has established a significant market share on the European aftermarket. Located in Laitila, Finland, Finn Lamex generates approximately EUR 14m in annual revenue with favourable profitability. The company has about 80 employees.

Beijer Tech entered into an agreement today to acquire all shares in Botek Systems AB, a leading manufacturer of hardware and software for vehicle-mounted scales and RFID systems for the waste management industry.

Botek develops, manufactures and supplies vehicle-mounted scales with systems for RFID-based collection recording and associated software solutions for planning, executing and reporting collection services within the waste management industry. The products are technically complex and used in demanding environments, which imposes high quality requirements. The company has a high degree of technical expertise and works proactively with both product and software development to maintain its leading position. Including its subsidiaries, Botek has a total of 44 employees in Ulricehamn, Stockholm, Smedjebacken and Torsby, with turnover of approximately MSEK 100 and good profitability.

Norspray expands in Norway

Norspray has today acquired 100% of the shares in Norserv. Norserv provides products and service for surface treatment , for example pumps, passive fire protection as well as coating removal.

Norserv is, just as Norspray, located in Stavanger and have 3 employees. Revenue is 6 M NOK. Norspray and Norserv will share premises and through the acquisition Norspray will get access to Norservs service department and also pursue cross-selling.

Further on, Norspray earlier this year acquired Airex through an asset deal. Airex own the patent for the Heatbox, which is an air and explosion proof transport solution of paint, oil etc. The acquisition will further strengthen Norsprays service offering.
