Beijer Tech has today entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in Encitech Connectors AB in Halmstad.

The company is a Swedish manufacturer and distributor of electronic components for the industrial sector, with revenues of approximately MSEK 50 and favorable profitability. Half of the company’s revenues are derived from proprietary products and 70 percent of its products are exported to customers in some 20 different countries.

Beijer Tech has today entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and liabilities in the Finnish company Uudenmaan Murskaus.

The company sells spare and wear parts for rock crushers with revenues of approximately MEUR 2 and favorable profitability.

Beijer Tech has today entered into an agreement to acquire Packningar och Plast AB, a manufacturing company located in Norsborg outside Stockholm.

The takeover is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.

The company, which was formed in 1984, supplies gaskets, seals and plastics to Swedish industry. Its revenues in 2016 amounted to approximately MSEK 20 and the company has favorable profitability as well as a broad customer base.

Beijer Tech has today acquired Svenska Brandslangsfabriken AB (Svebab), a fire hose manufacturer situated in the town of Skene outside Gothenburg, Sweden

In addition to fire hoses, the company also sells ancillary products. The fire hose industry is characterized by exacting quality requirements due to the extreme, dangerous situations that arise during firefighting efforts. Having conducted manufacturing operations since the 1930s, Svebab is a leader in the market and the only Swedish fire hose producer. The company generates revenues of approximately MSEK 40 with favorable profitability and exports account for 20 percent of its sales.
